SVRN, pronounced “Sovereign,” is a Chicago-born fashion boutique at 1928 Fillmore St, at Bush. It opened its San Francisco store in 2024 with a focus on men’s and gender-fluid clothing and a mix of avant-garde and contemporary labels.
Brands and the store
The shop carries brands including Jacquemus, Rick Owens and Comme des Garçons, alongside its own picks, and describes its mission as self-expression through fashion, art and culture.
The store takes up about 2,150 square feet across two early-1920s buildings. Seoul design studio WGNB designed the interior, built around an elliptical loop of oxidized green copper that winds through the shop, a nod to the color of the Statue of Liberty.
